Carl Rossey coordinates Operations & IT Division.
An expert in managing banking redesign and development processes in Central and Eastern Europe, he has a both-sides experience: as consultant specialized in financial services and IT and as top manager in banks operating in this region; Master in electrotechnical engineering and information technology, Master in industrial management and MBA at INSEAD – Fontainebleau, France. He joined Raiffeisen Bank in 2005.
